Argh! It is still not working. I have spent enough time on this to be done by now but it still isn't working. The pattern wouldn't give so I decided to home in on the most relevant image and use that instead. Its a shame but it is a decision that had to be made. Its better-in the way that it makes a good template for the rest of the walking routes range- but still a long way off.
